A tradesperson speaking with a homeowner at a front door

A services listing is a person, not a product. Photos of past work, the area they cover, and how they charge matter more than a clever slogan.

Ask before they arrive

  1. What area do you actually cover this week?
  2. Is the price a visit fee, an hourly rate, or a job price?
  3. What do you need from me (parking, access, materials)?
  4. Can you share two examples of similar jobs?

First visit

Be home. Do not pay the full job in advance to a new contact. EazyBuySells does not bond tradespeople or hold deposits.

Are providers background-checked?

No. Treat the listing as an introduction. Your local licensing rules still apply.
